Generally WK carries out servicing worldwide at a rate being valid at that time:

 Installation of machine systems including all necessary mechanic, hydraulic and electric connections

 Staring of the machine respectively systems and trial runs with material at our factory in Ulm before shipment as well as at costumer´s site.

 Instruction in the system by means of a detailed manual:
- Description of the system
- Description of the system
- Recommended maintenance work
- Spare part package of wearing parts, on request

Training can be offered against refund of costs. Costumer obtains basis know how or additional know how depending on level of knowledge.

WK advises costumers who are working with the technique the first time till they have a basis production knowledge. For this, experts are available which will advise costumer´s staff at site against refund of costs. With this training costumer will save a lot of time and money and will be in position to produce in relative short-term.

WK tests the processing possibilities of the high molecular materials regarding ram and paste extrusion as well as transfer moulding. If necessary, new corresponding systems can be developed.
